I'm an enterprise IT leader in Indianapolis who runs Tier 3 operations for Indiana Office of Technology, serving 70+ government agencies and thousands of endpoints. I lead a 20-person technical team and own the outcomes of the hardest escalations — root-cause analysis, endpoint modernization, and the move from legacy management to Intune and Windows Autopilot.
